How does in-store pick up work?

We are offering in store pick-up at our Haus of Powell showroom for any in stock items that are purchased through our web store.

You will be notified by email once your order has been processed and is available for pick-up, which can take up to 7 business days for in stock items.

When you arrive at the showroom, please bring your confirmation email and order number. A stylist will prepare your items, and bring them to you.

Do you design for clients out of state?

We do! We have Home Furnishing & Design clients all across the country. Tell us more about your project and we will partner you with a designer. Complete the Contact Form

Where are you based out of?

Our design center and showroom is located at 7902 Calle Rialto, San Antonio, TX 78257.

What do I do if my item is damaged or defective?

For damaged items, let us know within 24 hours of delivery by submitting a claim. Manufacturer defects must be reported within 30 days from delivery by submitting a claim **(NEED THIS INFORMATION). Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we only ship select items to Hawaii, Alaska, and other US Territories.
